This stone is deeply connected to the earth Goddess, Gaia - and a little reminder to let nature be your guide in terms of healing and also in listening to your body & soul for your journey forward. Time in nature helps us connect in ways that often silence the mind so we can tune in to our own intuition and the wisdom of the body, and of the earth. It is easy to forget how powerful nature is on our spiritual journey, we are as old as the earth and there is deep wisdom within the cells of our bodies - time in the purity of the forest or by a lake helps us connect with this ancient knowledge to remember why we came here - and to rapidly heal, yet in a gentle way - we align to the frequencies we surround ourselves with. Unlike us, the plant life and wild life have pure and steady vibrations - we can trust them when we hear what they have to say.

We must remember to listen, nature is alive and is always talking, our job is to attune to the frequency. Even if we walk in nature daily, are we listening?

 

2) The Quartz Crystal Pyramid...

Is a master healer and a portal to ascension, a gateway to higher knowledge but here is a reminder that the gateway opens when you are ready to enter. In order to receive the wisdom from the ancients or other realms - in order to receive miracles, you must first discipline the mind and body. You must master the art of controlling vibration and transmuting negative into positive within yourself - to keep your focus and attention where you have placed it. If you were to enter higher realms without first learning how to control the mind and control the body (vibration) the experience may not be positive. By choosing the pyramid you have a curiosity for ancient knowledge and understanding - which is an adventure in itself - but in order to experience directly what the ancients knew, to ground that knowledge into something tangible and useful - we must learn to master ourselves first. Meditation or a meditative practice (martial arts, yoga, dance, art...something that requires focus but also letting go/easing of resistance at the same time) will be your greatest ally.

Learn to discipline yourself in all areas of your life and in the mind and body - face your fears and great things await you.

In order to receive what it is you need to know right now for your path - time completely alone is needed. Yet not at home alone, a journey may be needed - something to break the routine. What you likely need is to put yourself in a different place - to break not only your usual habit of thoughts but also place yourself mentally somewhere you can receive wisdom and be open to new idea - to new ways of thinking. A new place or a journey can temporarily at least, place us above our limited belief systems - it can be like we are hearing with new ears. The vibration you need to create, in order to hear what you need to know - is one where you have mentally left the chatter of everyday life and the whirlwind of emotions and thoughts that accompany that - and place yourself in a space of curiosity, with a spark of excitement about 'the new' and appreciation of 'the now'.

7 EASY STEPS to recharging and connecting with your Warrior Goddess energy and your Inner Being.

 

 

1) Do a quick body scan to ground yourself into the moment. Listen for any 3 sounds. Take note of any 3 things in your physical surroundings. Bring yourself quickly into the moment and your physical body.

 

2) Imagine yourself growing roots, from either the soles of your feet or your Root Chakra - and these roots reaching through the earth, through the soil, until they connect with ...Crystals - and allow this energy to flow back up to you.

3) Visualize your Crown Chakra opening, a violet swirling energy centre - through this take in the light of the universe.

4) Bring the energy from the earth and the heavens into your body and out through your hands.

5) Rub your hands together and then hold them in the shape of a ball - try to feel the energy between your hands, moving it further apart then closer until it feels right.

6) Bring that energy in and place your hands one over your lower abdomen and one into your solar plexus area.

7) Breathe deeply. A few long slow breaths.

This can be done very quickly, just a few seconds if need be - or longer over meditation. It can be done wide awake or with eyes closed, wherever you are.
