I have 2 beautiful and amazing little kiddies and being a parent is the hardest but most rewarding job ever - I didn't realised how much I still have to learn about myself xx

When I say spiritual, I don't belong to any religion but am very open-minded and love to learn about each and everyone - I adore philosophy and spend lots of my time in the bath listening to Alan Watts :-) I do believe we have a soul - a high energy vibration and that the evolution of the human race is that we will all 'awaken' and raise our consciousness to create a beautiful and peaceful world. Living at one with nature and working in harmony together to feed and clothe the world, living our passions and treating each other with kindness and compassion, realising that we are all one - one energy source, the universe expressing itself in many different ways, this beautiful life you're experiencing but just one of those ways....when we unite and realise how powerful our minds really are, we will create heaven on earth..

Through depression I experienced an ‘awakening’ that led me to explore spirituality, psychology and the metaphysical. I want to help other people through this painful process and eventuality open a retreat to bring people together on their healing journey.
